We need the CORRECT DIAGNOSIS to appear on each clients' progress notes! Also, give us the option to choose which CPT code will appear on our progress note. We also need telehealth modifiers option.

I have multiple things I would like to use for color coding on appointments such as Intake/Evaluation, EMDR, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly and other things. It would help for me to pick the colors and labels myself.
