Ability to add client's preferred name to use in documentation rather than official first name

The timer on the Blueprint AI is not always accurate. My zoom or Blueprint video will show a different time than the recording does. This is a concern for Medicaid because it could appear to look like fraud. Even if I did the 53+ minutes, it may show recording was only 43 minutes. Can this be considered as a priority?

I was wondering 💭 if it’s possible for blueprint to capture minimal information. Currently, it captures too much information. I was thinking both qualitative and quantitative at the same time. Insurance is looking for quantitative information. I’m looking for both but not the long epistle generating. It’s taking too much of my time to cut things down.

I would like the online portal to be better at separating speakers. I find that it has trouble separating me from my clients.

Yes, a couple of things that are crucial or just basics of having an EHR are being able to email the billing receipt to the client from the EHR system. The other is being able to get a little better reporting and see the total bill for the time period (week, month, year, etc.).

I would love it if Blueprint could automatically identify the therapy type I am utilizing and not automatically put supportive therapy.

Better Diagnostic tool that matches existing client history and utilizes treatment plan updates to assess progress. Include ICD/CPT codes and rule outs or differentials. Include items to continue to assess for. Include diagnostic criteria that is questionable or needs follow-up.
