Can the AI identify the therapist's voice from the log-in and then not confuse who says what?

In the transcript and body of the note, the AI would automatically replace all references to names (the client's name and the name of others) with something in brackets, such as [Client], [friend], [family member], and so on. I teach ethics at a University and an APA best practice is to limit the inclusion of names, especially non-client names, from the record whenever possible given that only the client has provided informed consent to progress notes and the content within the note could be harmful to others who have not provided consent to have things documented by the therapist.

Please create a way to update the tretament plan with the session notes completed in between the plan updates. Should be updated every three months. At bare minimum, adding a way to use AI to update the plan.

Please create an intake option for couples and family therapy.

Currently the only option for a note style for couples counseling is SOAP. I like to use SIRP for my notes. Can you make the same note types currently available for individual counseling also available for couples counseling?

In the drop down list of areas of focus for treatment in the treatment plan, "Strengths" is spelled wrong. Just FYI.

I select ACT as the therapy approach but it states that "therapist used mindfulness based CBT techniques including psychological flexibility and diffusion." Is there more training for AI to focus on ACT rather than CBT as the default?

Notes are too long! It is wonderful AI is writing our notes for us, however it is taking too much time to read through what is written. Reduce the length for all sections (SOAP).

Insurance companies deny claims because we do not include the accurate exact start and stop times. When I instruct Magic Edit to include accurate exact start times, stop times, and duration it always rounds the time to the nearest hour or half hour and often even gets the wrong hour and time altogether. It would be nice to have a check box on the start recording screen or in your profile/preference settings to select for the AI to include accurate exact start, stop, and duration times at the beginning of the note narrative.
