Offer ways to customize treatment planning such as number of goals and objectives, how often and when to review. Ability to review and update the plan by continuing to work toward it, maintaining level reached, discharging due to ineffective, and other options.

Please improve the template for a 90847, family or couples therapy, to something that meets Medicaid standards. The SOAP format is insufficient.

There have been times when I have attempted to cut something and ended up pasting over it and would like to be able to undo it rather than regenerate the entire note.

I use Internal Family Systems and it would be helpful if AI would Identify the "parts" that are discussed in therapy and set them as a separate part of the note so it's easily seen for followup appointments.

The notes generate interventions or topics which were not addressed in session based off of the treatment plan. Also, it misses important parts and seems to only document the presenting problem and intervention type.

It would nice if there was a cheat sheet for therapists with the brand & generic name of medications for psychiatric dx for easy reference.

I just saw that a session recorded yesterday wasn't recording. Yet throughout the session recorded on my laptop I could see the audio bar moving that it was picking up words and never got an error message indicating no audio was being captured. This is extraordinarily frustrating. I've also complained before that my phone when recording paused the recording unbeknownst to me and just put up a window that said resume recording or delete audio. There needs to be some sort of audible notification that there is an issue, who is actually looking at their phone in session??

Such as "SUDS Tracking for Exposures", often the client is repeating exposures so it would be nice to have a graph to track the progress. A client might experience the same level of anxiety initially but the anxiety might drop during/after more than the first time. It can be crucial for getting buy in from the client to continue the hard work of exposure therapy.
