Can we place the diagnosis code and CPT code on the left hand side of the note and have them print on the notes. The AI note has a tendancy to change the diagnosis and a lot of time is being spent double checking the diagnosis on file and the note to ensure they align.

Hello, I have client's that need to be screened for OCD. Can you consider adding the Y-BOCS and CY-BOCS to the assessment list?

We need the CORRECT DIAGNOSIS to appear on each clients' progress notes! Also, give us the option to choose which CPT code will appear on our progress note. We also need telehealth modifiers option.

I would like to be able to leave a note for myself at the top of a client's chart/on the recording screen that looks similar to a post-it note to catch my attention. This would allow me to visually cue myself to things I wanted to make sure to cover in the next session like, "update treatment plan."

The client's correct diagnosis should appear on the progress note at the top with all the other information.

For example, it would be great if I could have one set of Magic Edit instructions that I select for ADHD evaluations, and another set of saved Magic Edit instructions I use for Autism evaluations, because I write and structure those reports differently but they both use the same Therapy Initial note template. Right now to get around this, I save different Magic Edit instructions in a text file note to copy and paste in when I need it, but it would be helpful if there were an option like this already built-in to Blueprint, where we can make different sets of pre-saved instructions to Magic Edit to select between when we generate the notes.

When BP makes an updated treatment plan, does it aggregate transcripts and make note of accomplished goals, unmet goals, and new relevant goals based on session evidence? Then integrate that into the update?
