I would like to request an option quarterly reviews for the patients/clients that we serve.

Reason for Cancellation
Please require a reason for cancellation when clients cancel appts to include, "I wish to terminate services."

I would like the client risk level to be more detailed than solely "low" or "high" risk. There is a lot of space in between that would make someone be more at "moderate" risk, which I am referencing based on the C-SSRS national screener. It would be helpful for Blueprint to have a safety plan creation... maybe it already does!

Update the new DSM diagnoses. Social anxiety should be included. Personality disorders should be included when diagnosing and providing treatment.

Treatment plan is missing how goals will be measured (by clinical observation, client feedback, assessments like GAD-7, PHQ-9, etc)

Late Cancel Notification
An alert /time stamp when a client cancels/reschedules so we know whether to charge no-show/late cancel fee

don't allow late cancels within 24 hours
Can we please block late cancellations within 24 hours and force clients to reach out to the clinician directly? This helps alert the clinician for an opening and we can reach out to waitlisted clients to fill the appt. We can also determine with the client whether to charge for late cancellation.
