And almost every note, the AI says that I assigned journaling as homework for my client. I don’t think I’ve ever assigned journaling as homework for my client. Please make sure that the AI only documents things that actually happened.

Other platforms I have used have a way for the client to text message me. This is great for sending links, as well as for when the client might not be able to verbalize something in session (like if someone is in the other room). That would be VERY helpful to add
