Sometimes during telehealth sessions the AI only captures only my audio and not my clients, despite using Chrome and sharing the browser tab audio as suggested. During the session, there's only an audio capture/mic indicator for me, not for the client, so I'm unable to know if client audio is successfully being captured until the end of the session, after the note is already generated. Having always-visible audio capture indicators for both parties would be helpful to catch mic issues in the moment, allowing us to potentially address the issue in real time. This has happened inconsistently... I have been taking the same steps each time (and using the same device, browser, and telehealth platform) I start a new telehealth recording but sometimes it captures client audio and sometimes it just does not.
