Copying my own comment into a reply under yours. I’ve asked through email why you’ve reneged on this. Essentially the answers are that there are other priorities, such as indicated in your own comment above. Though I can’t say I’ve looked through every single requested feature, I’ve looked through many, and 79 up votes(!) for this feature seems to be far greater than most of the other feature requests. So what’s the truth? How about some transparency?

I love that we can now make a Magic Edit apply to, say, "All SOAP notes for all clients." But many times I want to apply the edit to all future notes of just the one client (more than just that note but less than all notes of all clients).

Instead of either 1)apply to this note only or 2)apply to ALL note for ALL clients, can there be a "apply to ALL notes for THIS CLIENT only"? I have made the mistake a few times on clicking Apply to ALL thinking it was just THAT client. I need it to be ALL for JUST that client, not ALL my clients.
