Is there a way for transcripts to auto delete after 7 days?

Transcripts should be automatically deleted after a certain amount of time. I was under the impression that this was the case? Keep the Note and the Summary, but DELETE the transcript after 24/48 hours?

I really dont like that i dont have the option to delete transcripts once a note is accepted. I think keeping transcripts is beyond whats legally and ethically required and not as mindful of our clients privacy. I’d like to be able to delete them once the note is complete/accepted and even if I dont accept it that all transcripts are deleted after 4 weeks or 2 months max.

I disagree. Clients do not want a transcript laying around. Our obligation is to summarize the session in a progress note. If you want to keep it, keep it
