Continued false information

Competitive Squirrel
The system continues to put in false information around techniques used in session, or suggested for homework, typically mindfulness based or journaling.
Possible update and request for clarification
Does this keep happening because the journaling and mindfulness is mentioned under "interventions" in the treatment plan?B

It adds info about medication, but there wasn't a conversation about medication that took place. It made up text about random medications.

Yes the system continues to put information that was never said during the session and kinda adds its own little stuff

Thank you for this feedback. It would be hugely helpful if you could flag these sessions by hitting the thumbs down icon on the note in the Blueprint app and giving a short description of what false info was added to the note.
That will give our development team additional details that we can use to get to the root of these issues. Appreciate it!

Hannah Grover We shouldn't have to do that--a lot of extra work for us. Your AI people should be able to figure this out. Just because you choose ACT as a modality used, it should not mention mindfulness unless actually mentioned in a session. This happens to me almost everytime I choose ACT.

It reported my client's manic cleaning and talking to repairment during our virtual session as progress in "managing time effectively". For a client I spent excessive time safety planning with, it reported I validated her hopelessness.
