When clients reach out and ask for an appt on a specific day that's completely booked, I have to keep track of that manually in case I have a cancellation and can fit them in. I would like to have a waitlist feature built into BP so clients can request to be on the waitlist for a day and time range that could possibly open up. Such as client requests for an appt Thursday before noon. If my 10am appt cancels then BP notifies me that John Doe would like to meet that day, and asks if I would like to reach out to John to fill that slot. There will be times when a provider wants to leave that slot empty during a busy week, so I think it's important we have the option to confirm whether or not the 2nd client is contacted to fill the slot.
