It would be great if there was an option to replace "client" with the individual's first name in the progress note or treatment plan.

It would be nice if the app used the client's first name instead of "client" when it processed and returned the note. This would save time of going back through the note and having to finding each instance of "client" and manually changing it to t ehclients name.

Can you replace the word "client" to name of client?

You already have the option to do this.
In any note:
Click on Note Preferences
How do you refer to those you care for? Select the option "By their first name"
If you want this to remain for all future notes, click the box "Remember these settings for future notes"
Click Generate new note. That will create the new note with the new parameters. If you selected the option to incorporate the change into future notes, then you won't need to do this again.

Actually it is in the settings for the note where you can change and use the client’s first name. That’s my setting currently.

Zinnwaldite Frog is there a reason you want the client's name in the note? I've always avoided it to assist with confidentiality...
B
Bronze Koala
You can already do that.

I agree this would be nice to have the client name versus client which seems so impersonal. This should be easy since we have the client name there to identify the notes which are generated for us to put in the EHR.
