I agree with this. I just realized I've paying for 60 sessions a month for the last 4 months when in actuality I used less than 40 sessions. 3 of those months and less than 30 on another. The idea that Blueprint automatically upgrades your tier if you use more notes, but cannot be that intuitive when we use less - feels a little like a money grab. Like you, I love the platform, but my caseload has reduced tremendously since starting my PhD program. There just has to be a better way for Blueprint to accommodate this concern :-/
