I happened to have a reason to look at the transcripts of a few sessions I did with client's via telehealth. What I am noticing is that the transcripts are only picking up my voice. When i start the session, I say that it is telehealth and that I am using my default microphone (it says "default - microphone array Intel (R) smart sound technology for digital microphones") it only picks up my voice.
I would really be posting this to some sort of support page, but I don't see a way to do that. I also can't seem to switch posting as anonymous to my specific account. Please offer me help to my email at kristina@desertgardentherapy.com - thank you!

I found a fix. When I use the Blueprint Google Extension, I go into the settings (the small gear button) after I start the session, and select which tab the session is in, and it's all better now. It's a little silly to have to do that each time as I started the Blueprint Google Extension in the same tab as the session, but at least it works now!

We have now released a headphones feature that allows for capture of all audio in telehealth sessions. Thanks for letting us know this feedback!
