The new Summary notes for clients - is terrible! I would love to choose between paragraph form and bullet points. Sending just the bullet points to clients looks SO unprofessional and does not allow support therapeutic relationship continuity. Please add the option of A or B for for us.

The new summary notes for clients are horrible. I don't know who asked for this. Why is it popping up with the information about 911 and emergency departments and some of these other things? It's not helpful. It just is more work for me now because now I have to delete it. I didn't ask for that. I appreciated what was there previously. It was perfect, or at least perfect for my needs, maybe not someone else's.

I don't so much agree with the unprofessional part, but I personally prefer the paragraph format. Having a choice or the ability to reformat would be nice.
