Secure messaging with clients

The ability to add a comment or message to a client's worksheet, diary card, etc. Therapists may not see every client on their caseload individually to provide direct feedback so this would allow them to add a comment in the moment with that particular worksheet and provide brief feedback and support. In this moment, you would have to message your client either through text or a different app.

HIPAA Compliant Client Portal

We need a client portal for clients to message me, the counselor, directly via HIPAA compliant link that is directly related to their client portal that they already have access to. This way, we can communicate about items that are HIPAA compliant between sessions as is appropriate.

Communicate with client in EHR messaging portal to not have to create masses of chart notes with messages included in client's health record. Would love to use the EHR if this feature becomes available!

This is very important to me. My clients are trained to message me through the EHR as the only way to reach me.

A messaging feature would be helpful so clients can ask questions about homework, assessments etc.

It would also be helpful to have a way to send the client summary portion of the AI note.
