Even though in the client profile I have their pronouns selected, the notes will usually state "they." This adds the extra step of me using magic edit to correct this and it happens with the same clients again and again. Also it would be nice to have a feature to "remove all names." As this is another step I have to take with magic edit to remove names. Stream-lining this to be a feature or check box would be great! I have spoken to other clinicians who have the same issues.
