We need a way to 1) allow for partial refunds for a client when needed (today I needed to refund a no-show fee, but also needed to charge the client for her co-pay but had to do two separate transactions) 2) It would be ideal if we could allow clients to have a credit balance to apply toward future sessions.

Or be able to put a credit on a client's account. Some clients have expressed the desire to have a credit versus a refund. So I would want both options: partial refund versus client credit.

Yes! I had to refund $123 because it was indicated that the client owed the full session fee and then insurance came back saying they only owed a co-pay. I had to fully refund and I am still waiting for the co-pay payment.

It would help with clarity if partial refunds showed on the Billing page like full refunds do.
