Please could you include a mini MSE with check boxes like this one. I asked your magic wand feature to create it. It did!!! It also checked appropriate boxes. Can you make this universally available?

How to set it up:
- While reviewing a note, click the Magic Edit button
- Enter instructions such as "Include in the Objective Section a Mini Mental Status Exam. Format it as such: ____________"
- Select "Apply to this note and all future SOAP [or whatever your note type of choice is] notes for all client.
- Review the updated note – repeat steps #2 and #3 if you want to make any tweaks or adjustments to the instructions.
Once complete, Blueprint will automatically include your instructions on your future notes. You can get really specific with the instructions if you'd like, or keep it vague and give the AI a little bit of creative liberty!
We're also working on ways to make this type of instruction to our AI system more intuitive and streamlined via more discrete options and preferences. Stay tuned :)

The intake does a very nice job on the mental status. Could those same types of details be put in the mini status assessment in the progress note instead of left blank for us to fill out?

It varies where the automatic note puts it; sometimes it's in the subjective and sometimes it's in the objective of a SOAP note, but it's supposed to be notated in the objective all the time. Hoping you can fix that.

Would be very helpful if i didn't have to give a separate prompt for the MMSE to be completed. The categories should also include speech (RRV) consistently.

If I have the note preferences set to include mini MSE, I should not have to then use the magic edit feature to ask it to actually provide the results every single time.
