I have not seen any of the features I suggest be implemented although they are important!

- Diagnosis Code automatically appearing on every progress notes, once the code is entered.
- Drop Down Progress under each goal on the treament plan when reviewing and updating treatment plans.
- Custom Forms being able to be sent to the client's chart so the therapist can complete the custom form without sending it to the client.
- CPT Codes Drop Down box beside the sign button so therapist can choose the correct CPT code for the note.
- Family Therapy Session option added to progress note type.
- CPT Code Modifier Drop down box beside the signature button.
- Add a Biopsychosocial to the platform that the therapist can fill out or ask the questions and AI complete the questions. We need a Biopsychosocial Assessment for the therapist to complete.

For number 7, you can create your own template for a note by going to settings > progress notes > create template. That way it has whatever questions you prefer. The AI does a pretty good job of filling in the templates I’ve made for myself.
