My clients receive reminders in my time zone. They do not receive it in their time zone and get confused. How can I remedy this?

Just had a client no show an appt becuase they thought it was in 2 hours because of the time zone.

Now that I'm using Blueprint for telehealth appts and reminders it's becoming more of an urgent issue. I'm having clients in different times zones receive reminders with the wrong time (i.e. my practice time zone not theirs)

A section on the client chart to change time zone from the default. It could be helpful if on the onboarding forms it asked clients for preferred time zone. Or pulled it from the address on file.
