Audio capture indicator for clients in telehealth sessions

Sometimes during telehealth sessions the AI only captures only my audio and not my clients, despite using Chrome and sharing the browser tab audio as suggested.
During the session, there's only an audio capture/mic indicator for me, not for the client, so I'm unable to know if client audio is successfully being captured until the end of the session, after the note is already generated.
Having always-visible audio capture indicators for both parties would be helpful to catch mic issues in the moment, allowing us to potentially address the issue in real time.
This has happened inconsistently... I have been taking the same steps each time (and using the same device, browser, and telehealth platform) I start a new telehealth recording but sometimes it captures client audio and sometimes it just does not.

Thanks for the feedback! We now have a microphone for the clients audio and give a warning if we don't hear anything from clients in the first 2 minutes of a session.

I unknowingly lost internet ten minutes into session. Is is possible to have a beep or some kind of signal that internet has been lost? Would be nice to have option to not have session count if this has happened.

Blueprint "cuts out" in the middle of a session.

I use BP exclusively for teletherapy sessions. Even when I go through the steps to share browser audio, sometimes BP captures the clients comments for a portion of the session and then later I glance and realize that it is only capturing my voice. I don't want to have my eyes glued to the green bars to ennsure that BP doesn't drop my client's audio halfway through the session.

For virtual sessions I always chose “using headphones “ so that the audio picks up both sides of the conversation

Bronze Koala... thanks for the reply. I choose "using headphones" too and most of the time it works wonderfully. It is just on ocaasion that it works in the beginning and then stops picking up the client audio about a third to half way into the session.
