As a clinician using Blueprint as a full EHR, it'd be nice to be able to print and/or save blank copies of the Forms I've created and store inside of Blueprint. Though rare, some clients may prefer to fill them out with pen and paper, and I'd prefer not to keep two copies of the forms (one in Blueprint for completing digitally, one in Google Docs for printing blank copies)

As a workaround, I can "Preview" the form and print it, but the formatting isn't great, as there are headers/footers/graphics that I don't want on my form, and it just isn't formatted well.
