Allow AI to pull from Treatment Plan when creating note.

AI needs to be able to pull from information in the actual established treatment plan, IE: Diagnosis, goals, etc. As of right now, it does not seem to have the ability to do so. I have tried many different prompt styles to try and get magic edit to engage and it is not able to. It will create Diagnosis that are not in the plan or just give super generic info not matching anything in the treatment plan and relevant to the transcript. This is crucial in the notes ability to formulate a proper SOAP when addressing the A and P specifically.

I have used the magic edit button and set a rule that if a treatment plan is accepted, then the note should always reflect the current goals and progress towards those goals, I also use a magic edit rule that during an intake, it should suggest diagnosis (which I then confirm for accuracy) and qualify its diagnosis based on the information obtained in the intake. Some strong magic edit rules that apply to all notes could assist with this.
