Roll over sessions please! I paid for them, to take them away is stealing.

If we are paying for a certain amount of sessions and unused sessions are not rolled over, we are not receiving what we are paying for. We are paying a specific amount of money for a specific number of sessions. Unused sessions should either roll over into the next cycle or billing should not reset until we get to 0 sessions. There are many other AI platforms out there, specific to health care and therapy--BluePrint is pretty pricey. Sadly, if something does not change soon, I will be moving to another platform as this doesn't make sense for cost/benefit.

I absolutely think unused sessions should be rolled over to the next month. I am being charged for 200 sessions, I had 50 sessions left last month and might have the same left this month. Please make rollovers possible.

I use 200 notes per month. This month, I know I'll go over a little bit, just with how everything played out. It would be nice to not have to jump from 200 to 300, but maybe an option for 250 or an option to price each note over the package price. I may end up not using Blue print for a day or so at the end of the period because I don't want to get jumped up to the 300 tier.

I absolutely think unused sessions should be rolled over to the next month. This program is much more expensive than many others already, so this would be greatly appreciated.
